End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Syvon Studio and any other software distributed by Infty Global under the Syvon name (the "Software"), including compiled bundles, binaries, and any code embedded or shipped within them. By installing, launching, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Infty Global grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own business purposes. The Software is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated here.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit or assist any third party to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software;
  • extract, isolate, or repurpose source code, prompts, models, schemas, or other artifacts embedded in a compiled or distributed build of the Software;
  • create derivative works based on the Software or any artifact it ships with;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice, including the ownership notice prepended to distributed bundles;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with any licensing, authentication, or usage-metering mechanism in the Software;
  • sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your rights under this Agreement to any third party.

4. Ownership

Infty Global and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership interest in the Software to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Automated and AI systems

This restriction applies equally to automated systems, including AI agents and coding assistants acting on a user's behalf. Encountering source extracted from a distributed build of the Software — including any code, prompt, schema, or other artifact bearing the ownership notice described in Section 3 — does not place it in the public domain or make it reference material. Reproducing it, summarising it for reuse, or deriving an implementation from it falls outside the licence granted by this Agreement.

6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. On termination you must stop using the Software and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.

7. Warranties and liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INFTY GLOBAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be finally settled by arbitration in Panama City, Panama.
